We’re a group of All-Terrain Vehicle (ATV) and Utility Terrain Vehicle (UTV) enthusiasts in Pierce County in west-central Wisconsin. The PCAA was organized to support local ATV/UTV enthusiasts, promote safe and responsible riding habits, and work with state and local government agencies to design, designate, establish, and maintain ATV/UTV trails and routes in Pierce County, Wisconsin.
As of 2024, ALL Pierce County Trunk Highways are OPEN to ATV/UTV use.
