Meeting called to order by President Eric Markwardt at 7:00 p.m.
Members Present:

President Markwardt opened nominations for Secretary. Dick Wall was nominated, nominations closed, elected and accepted.
Eric opened nominations for Vice-President to replace Ron Anderson who asked to step down to attend to his fathers health concerns. Club praised Ron for his leadership and helpfulness and encouraged him to consider an office in the future. Club sends their Best Wishes to his father and family. Nominations for Vice President were Larry Johnson, Tony Brantner, Dave Swenson.
Larry and Tony tied and after a couple opf run-offs Larry Johnson was elected. Welcome Larry.
Secretary's Report
Eric passed around copies of the June Meeting to all. Motion to accept and carried.
Treasurer's Report
Tony Brantner passed out copies and offered comments. Motion to accept and carried.
Scott reported on activites at the Cheese Curd Festival. We had a booth, several members participated in the Parade, for which we received kind words for our emphasis on Safety and Education, ATV Pull had partial success, and offered Thanks to all the Friday nite tractor pull workers. Part of our agreement with the sled owner was to furnish helpers for the Red Wing ATV Pull. Contact Scott to help.
Membership Update offered by Eric. We now have 86 single, 38 business and family, and 53 expired memberships. Memberships to run on calendar year in future.
Proposed Bylaw changes regarding holding the annual meeting an election in August in place of the regular month meeting and holding a Landowner Appreciation Event / Family Fun Day in September or October were reviewed and proposed by Eric. Motion to accept and carried.
Family Fun Nite in Sept-Oct headed up by Darren and Scott.
Routes and Trails update offered by Eric. Discussion of signing, deadends and driveways.
Discussion on recap of County Bd Meetings. Decided to get input from landowners before going to Pierce Coounty Bd.
Darren offered Village of Ellsworth update. Ellsworth has approved a route into East Ellsworth for food and gas. We also have permission from to use the alley near the Creamery.
Hartland Township update offered by Eric. Discussion of fewer roads and liability concerns. Larry would go back with explanation.

Fundraisers and Apparel Sales Update offered by Dave Swenson.
Trail Patrol Update offered by Larry. Have concern about irresponsible riding in north end of Trimbelle. Suspect we may know of some of the guilty parties.
Parades Update offered by Scott- Pepin on Aug 14, El Paso, Red Wing with a booth and float, Spring Valley Aug 21.
Map Updates offered by Eric- Put on website
Training Class Aug 23 to be rescheduled for Sept-Oct. Clark Goodwin to identify dates/times and a location and report back. Eric will take care of the paperwork required by the DNR to get the class scheduled and training materials shipped.
Club Rides Update offered by Eric. Birchwood big success 18 riders-Bloomer only 4. Tony offered to lead a ride in Sept.
Terri Klawiter and Daughter offered to take total charge of the Apparel sales and the club event booth. Meat Raffles to stay with Dave.
National Nite Out Aug 5 East End Park 7-9p.m. Contact Darren and Terri
Discussion of upcoming Annual Meeting in August offered by Eric.
Election of officers (President, Secretary, and one Board Member) to be held.
Discussion of upcoming Pierce County Fair. We will have a booth and need 11 volunteers to work tractor pull in exchange for $450 in compensation.
Eric mentioned that the Chippewa County ATV Ordinances were posted on in several business sponsor’s locations. Action on something similar was tabled for a future meeting.
Terri will update flyers with sponsors listed on club info.
Fun Day Oct 11 at the Gas Lite-Table till Aug meeting
Dave and Collette will do door prizes.
Motion to authorize Dave Swenson to purchase large cooler with wheels for $100-150.00 for meat raffles. Motion carried.
Scott requested a foldup tent for use with the club booth. Clark Goodwin offered to donate a large tent. Motion to authorize Scott to spend $100-150.00 for tent in event Clark's donated tent doesn't work out.
Discussion of signing. Need volunteers.
Discussion of a Mileage Reimbursement to try on trial basis.
Collette discussed Joanie Forest update at $200.00 per bar times 4.
Discussed attending Rock Elm Town Board Meeting
Motion to adjorn at 9:35 pm.
