PCAA Minutes for March 19,2012 held at Bendilly's, Hwy 63, Ellsworth, WI 54011 Attendees: Ken Majeski, Jerry Johnson, Barb McLaughlin Johson, Larry Johnson, June Books, Ken Books, Tina Huppert, Darren Place, Dick Wall, Wanda Clark. Meeting called to order by President Larry Johnson At 6:20pm. Treasurer's Report given by Tina Huppert. Moved by Ken Books, Second by Jerry Johnson to approve report. Motion passed Secretary's Report given by Dick Wall. Moved by Tina Huppert, Seconded by Ken Books to approve report. Motion passed Moved by Tina Huppert, second by Jerry Johnson to pay submitted bills for sigh bolts and annual Non-stock Corporate Report. Motion passed If the conty approves CTY B south of the Village of Spring Valley for an ATV route, the club agrees to pay the county only one trip for signing purposes for both the part of CTY B south of the Village for which we arew seeking approval. So moved by Dick Wall Second by Jerry Johnson. Motion passed. Moved by Tina Huppert, second by Ken Books, to pay RF for legal expenses for ATV ordinance, provided that the town furnish the club a letter saying that thus is only a one-time charge and that there will be no charges for future approvals of ATV routes that may be requested by the club. Motion passed. Metion was made of out upcoming fund raiser at the Moose Lodge on April 1,2012. We will be sharing the event with th St Criox County Trail Riders Club as we did last year. Please plan to attend. It was decided to wait untill April meeting to decide on having a booth at the fair. We need volunteers to man the booth, so let Darren Place know when you are available. President Larry Johnson gave an update on ta request for a safety class in Plum City, the UTV Bill, missing signs, off-road trails, request for an ATV map for Outdoor Recreation Plan, and the upcoming County Board Meeting on March 27,2012. Moved By Jerry Johnson, second by Ken Majeski, to pay members $50.00 who stay overnight at state Annual Meeting, and $25.00 for members who attend for one day and do not stay overnight.
