PCAA Minutes from January 16,2012 regular meeting and Christmas party at El Paso Bar and Grill, El Paso, Wi

Meeting called to order by President Larry Johnson At 6:30pm

Treasurer's Report, given by Tina Huppert. Moved by Jerry Johnson, Second by Jerry Punches, to accept report.  Motion passed.

Secretary's Report, given by Dick Wall.  moved by Jerry Johnson, Second Bu Jerry Punches, to accept report. Motion passed.

Bills submitted were from : Ellsworth C of C, Spring Valley C of C, WATVA, Snow Valley Riders Snowmobile Club, 
and the clubs Liability insurance. Moved by Jerry Johnson, second by Jerry Punches, to pay bills. 

Candle Sales report, given by Darren Place listing the profit split with St Croix County Trail Riders Club.

Discussion about having a booth at Spring Fever Expo like last year. Club will not participate this year.

Darren Place gave Village of Ellsworth update.

President Larry Johnson requested members attendeance at the Pierce County Park Committee Meeting in February, 
and The Pierce County Highway Committee Meeting Approved Cty B for
ATV use in Town of Spring Lake.

Letters received from Town of River Falls and Valley Springs Motorcycle Club. Request further information from both.

Northwest Reginal Coordinator and St Croix County Trail Riders Club Treasurer Greg Olson gave an update on state ATV Changes
and noted Trail Ambassador classes on Feb 11, WATVA Annual Meeting April 21-22, and the Northwest Regional Meeting in Spooner on Aug 11.

Club received an invitation from George La Fave of River Falls to participate in the Sept 23,2012 Car Show in RF. More info to follow.

Future meeting locations are Feb- Clydes,  Mar Bendilies,  April- Sneakers,  May El Paso Sportman Club Property

Ken Books moved and second by Toni Fuller to adjorn at 7:23 pm Motion passed
