September 19 2011 Minutes

Attendees - Don Fuller, Toni Fuller, Jerry Johnson, Jerry Punches,  Darren

Meeting called to order by President Larry Johnson at 6pm.

Secretary Report - Tina made motion to accept   Toni second Passed

Treasure Report - Sharolyn made motion to accept Toni second Passed

Moved by Jerry Johnson, Second by Tina Huppert, to continue offering a free meal(burger and Fries)
at the Christmas party Jan 16, 2012. Motion passed

Moved by Jerry Johnson, Second by Jerry Punches, to change bylaws to
reflect club Membership year ending at the January meeting instead of
at Dec 31st as it is now. Motion passed.

Discussion about simplifying membership fees. Moved by Darren Place, second by Jerry Johnson, to change
membership fees to $10.00 per single membership, and $40.00 per business 
membership. Motion passed. Memberships paid for by the January meeting are entitled to a free burger and
fries at the Christmas party January 16,2012 at the El Paso bar and grill. 

Moved by Don Fuller, second by Jerry Punches, to approve up to $200.00 for Treasurer to purchase office 
supplies, stamps, membership supplies as needed with recipts presented the next meeting to include amending
the by laws to reflect change. Motion passed.

Moved By Darren Place, second by Toni Fuller to approve Post office box renewal due on Nov 1st.

Moved by Larry Johnson, second by Dick Wall, to refund $17.50 membership overpayment to Don Fuller. Motion passed

Don and toni Fuller have offered to host the website duties, taking over from long-time host Eric Marquardt. Our sincere thanks
to Eric for his 5 years of hosting and welcome to Don and Toni Fuller.

Trail Ride to Birchwood Sat, Sept. 24, led by Jerry Punches and friends. Contact Jerry at 715 781-3815.

Aaron Steele mentioned a route sign was needed at 760th st.

Moved by Don Fuller, second by Darren Place, to approve website renewal fee of $80.25. Motion passed.

Darren Place suggested we put a notice on our website offering our t-shirts and cap apparel for sale foR $12.00 each.Other apparel 
including jackets available by separate order.
