PCAA Minutes from July 25, 2011 Meeting at Broz Bar, East Ellsworth, Wi.

Shane Lardahl, Darren Place, Larry Johnson,  Dick Wall

Secretary and Treasurer's reports offered by Dick Wall.  Moved by Jerry Punches,  Second by Ev Muhlhausen,
to approve Secretary's report.    Motion passed.  Moved by Tina Huppert, second by Barb Fritz Muhlhausen,
to approve Treasurer's report.  Motion passed.

Discussion about acquiring maps from WATVA for sale and use at our fair booth.  See Darren Place to
volunteer to help with Tractor Pull, Thurs, Aug 11 at 6 pm.  We need 10 volunteers.

Moved by Tina Huppert, second by Ev Muhlhausen,  to approve Darren Place to purchase new apparel for
sale at our fair booth.  Purchase to include caps, and t-shirts with PCAA logo.  Motion passed.

Moved by Tina Huppert, second by Sharolyn Johnson,  to buy a season entry pass for $10.00 for Darren Place
to our fair booth.  Darren then receives 8 free passes for members who volunteer to help at our booth and/or
tractor pull.  Motion passed.

Moved by Ev Muhlhausen, second by Tina Huppert,  to acquire some End Of Speed Zone signs.  Motion passed.
Moved by Jerry Punches, second by Barb Fritz Muhlhausen, to purchase up $75.00 worth of signs.  Motion passed.

Discussion about not having monthly meetings in Nov and Dec and having Christmas Party in January again.
Moved by Jerry Punches, second by Tina Huppert, to not have any meeting in the months of Nov and Dec and
to have the Christmas Party at the EL Paso Bar and Grill on Jan 16, 2011.  Motion passed.

Moved by Ev Muhlhausen, second by Sharolyn Johnson,  to adjourn at 7:24 pm.  Motion passed.
