PCAA Minutes from April 18, 2011 Meeting at The T - Bar, Ellsworth,Wi

Attendees:  Tina Huppert, Barb Johnson, Sharolyn Johnson, Jerry Johnson, Larry Johnson, Darren Place,  Shane Lardahl, Dick Wall

Meeting called to order by President Larry Johnson at 7 pm.

Secretary's Report offered by Dick Wall.  Moved to approve by Jerry Johnson, second by Tina Huppert.  Motion passed.

Treasurer's Report offered by Dick Wall.  Net proceeds from ATV Brunch at Moose Lodge on April 3, 2011 were
$342.59.  St Croix County Trail Riders ATV Club sold more tickets and their share was $448.91.  It was our largest attendance ever with 112 walk-in customers.  Larry Johnson submitted bill for postage for $17.60.  Moved to approve by Jerry Johnson, second by Tina Huppert.  Motion passed.

Information updates on the WATVA State Meeting in Rothschild, Wi were offered by attendees Larry Johnson and Dick Wall.

Upcoming events mentioned were the Mn ATV Fair at the Anoka County Fairgrounds on April 3-May 1, and the  Trempealeau Ride in June and July.

Map size was determined to be 17 x 22 inches.  Info given to Darren Place.
