PCAA minutes from Jan 17, 2011 meeting at El Paso Bar and Grill, El Paso, Wi

Meeting called to order by President Larry Johnson at 7 pm.

Welcome Remarks to club Christmas Party offered to members by Dick Wall.

Club welcomes new member Greg Olson from our neighboring St Croix County Club, and welcomes
returning members John and Kris Jones who were involved in the original beginning of the club.

President Larry Johnson introduced Greg Olson,  who offered news and updates from WATVA, our
state atv ass'n TRENDY Awards,  Grant Forms for awards to clubs for up to $2,000.00, and Refresher
Ambassador Programs in Birchwood  for 2011,  Rolling Hills in 2012, and Hayward in 2013.  Idea is 
to incorporate riding time with Refresher Program.

Secretary's Report for November Regular Meeting and December Special Meeting were offered by
Dick Wall. Moved to approve minutes by Jerry Punches,  seconded by Kris Jones.  Motion passed.

Treasurer's Report offered by Dick Wall.  Moved by Kris Jones, seconded by Tina Huppert, to approve
payment of submitted bills of $113.93 to include upcoming renewal of our umbrella insurance policy
and our club membership in WATVA due Feb 1st.  Motion passed.

Moved by Ev Muhlhausen, seconded by Jerry Punches, to approve Wildwood  Trail Resolution.
Motion passed.

Moved by Kris Jones, seconded by Tina Huppert, to table further discussion of the Spring Expo
event put on by the Ellsworth Chamber of Commerce till the February meeting.  Motion passed.

Discussion about unloading excess apparel inventory.  Moved by Kris Jones, seconded by
Tina Huppert, to offer discount on apparel to members.  Motion passed.  Apparel sales
totaled $177.00.  Club thanks Darren Place, Shane Lardahl, and Scott Jones for past efforts in
regard to apparel.

Darren Place asked for people to attend upcoming trail meeting.  Call Darren for details.

Moved by Jerry Punches,  seconded by Galen Langer, to adjourn at 8:15 pm.  Motion passed.
