Meeting called to order at 7 pm by President Larry Johnson, at the
Steelhorse Saloon, Ellsworth.

Attendees:  Scott Jones, Shane Lardahl, Darren Place, Jerry Punches,
Paul Stelter, Larry Johnson, Dick Wall, Dave Thom, Dave Lallier

Treasurer's Report was read by Darren.  Discussion included clarifying
the club's fiscal year to be July 1-June 30. Moved by Scott, Second  by
Jerry to accept Treasurer's Report.  Motion passed.

Secretary's Report was forwarded by Secretary Dave Swenson to Darren as
Dave was unable to make the meeting. Darren read Secretary's Report. 
Moved by Scott, second by Paul, to accept Secretary's Report. Motion
passed.

Club received insurance quote from The Service Agency, Ellsworth for
$178.00 annual premium. Moved by Scott, second by Darren to accept
quote.  Motion passed.

Dick agreed to get brunch tickets by Mar 1 and print up some flyers.

Moved by Jerry, second by Paul to renew our club membership with WATVA,
our state atv organization for $80.00 Motion passed.
