PCAA Monthly Meeting Minutes-May 2009 Members Present Scott Jones, Terri Klawiter, Dave Swensen, Darren Place, Jerry Punches, Kim Greske, Everett Muhlhausen, Jerry Johnson, Larry Johnson. Review Secretary's Report Minutes from the March meeting were distributed and reviewed , motion to accept by Jerry Punches seconded by Terri Klawaiter Review Treasure's Report Income for month of April 146.25 in membership dues, Sunday brunch 1079.00 for a total of 1225.25 .Expense for April were 43.79 for postage, 419.02 for fund-raising expense. Total expenses are 462.81 leaving a balance in checking of 7919.42 Club Ride Coordinator Jerry Punches accepted position motion made by Kim Greske seconded by Terri Klawiter Passed Old business Signs the fallowing Boar members voted to order signs Scott Jones, Terri Klawiter, Dave Swensen, and Larry Johnson. Tractor Pull Scott Jones will do tractor pull at fair need volunteers. Eau Galley Rush River Sportsman Club Our members would like to have it ATV accessible. Might have to access threw privet property. People living on road don’t want ATV route. El Paso Township told ATV Club to come back in spring, Its Spring Scott Jones will take are of it . Steel Horse Saloon Darren still working on trail Red Barn Renter decided not to let us go on property trying to get on highway right of way. New Business Parades Scott Jones and Terri Klawiter will do parades at El Paso, Cheese Curd festival. Pierce County Fair, Plum City, River Falls, and Spring Valley. Riders in parade full dress no alcohol drinking before riding in parade. Dace Swensen made motion to do parades Kim Greske seconded Passed Darren Place will get dates for parades and will send in paper work for Cheese Curd Festival. Cancer Drive Scott Jones and Terri Klawiter will do cancer fund raiser meet raffle and give credit to ATV Club .Scott will put up money to buy meat. Darren Place made motion to pay 25 dollars for every member that walks in the cancer walk ( didn’t get who seconded but someone did) it passed. Club owes Scott Jones for space at Pierce County Fair $185.00 Darren Place gave me a check for family member ship $35.00 Club owes Dave Swensen $22.26 for postage I have receipt Meeting Location (I didn't keep up completely who said what) Some members wanted to have meeting where they could eat , some wanted to keep it at present site. It was suggested we meet at the Eau Galley Rush River Sportsman Club property in El Paso for an outdoor meeting. Kim Greske made motion to have it at the Sportsman Club property ,Dave Swensen seconded it. If it rains it will be at El Paso Bar upstairs. Bring lawn chair, atv, drinks and something for grill. Come early. This is subject to ok, from Arby Linder's . Dave Swensen will call Arby Linder. Markwardt Family Talked about how they are over burdened with club work. No action taken yet Pierce County Outdoor recreation Plan Larry Johnson will submit one to land management.
